Farco Energy Inc. ("Farco Energy", "we", "us") respects your privacy. - Information you provide: when you submit our intake form or contact us, we collect your name, role, building address, number of strata lots, email address, phone number, and any message you include.
- Utility data: with signed authorization from the account holder, we request historical, aggregated building consumption data from BC Hydro solely to prepare Electrical Planning Reports and related services. This data is aggregated at the building level and does not reveal individual unit usage.
- Technical information: our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only for security and site operation.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare proposals for Electrical Planning Reports, EV Ready plans, and related services.
- To coordinate data requests with BC Hydro on your strata's behalf, with authorization.
- To apply for utility rebates and incentives on your behalf, where you have engaged us to do so.
- To communicate with you about your project and to maintain business records.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party marketing.
3. Form submissions
Our website intake form is delivered through a third-party form relay service that transmits your submission to our email. Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. If you prefer not to use the form, you can contact us directly at EPR@farcoenergy.com or (604) 339-7206.
4. Disclosure
We disclose personal information only: to BC Hydro and program administrators as required to deliver the services you request; to professionals engaged in preparing or certifying your report; where required by law; or with your consent.
5. Retention and safeguards
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above and to meet legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements. We use reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent (subject to legal or contractual restrictions), or ask questions about this policy by contacting our privacy contact at EPR@farcoenergy.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
