The content on this website, including the Electrical Planning Report (EPR) reference guide, deadlines, rebate amounts, and program descriptions, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, engineering, or financial advice, and it does not create a client or service relationship. Regulations, deadlines, and rebate programs may change without notice. Always confirm current requirements with the Province of British Columbia, BC Hydro, or a qualified professional before acting.

2. Service engagements

Professional services, including Electrical Planning Reports, EV Ready plans, and related consulting, are provided only under a separate written proposal or agreement. Quoted amounts, timelines (including our 48-hour proposal target), and rebate figures on this website are indicative and subject to the terms of that agreement.

3. Rebates and third-party programs

Rebate amounts, eligibility rules, and deadlines referenced on this site (including BC Hydro EV Ready and solar and battery rebates) are set by third parties and may change or be discontinued at any time. Farco Energy does not guarantee rebate approval or funding amounts. Final eligibility is determined solely by the program administrator.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the EPR reference guide, is the property of Farco Energy Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Third-party names and logos, including BC Hydro, Technical Safety BC, HPCN, CanREA, and BCSEA, belong to their respective owners and are shown to indicate membership or program participation only. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting false or misleading information through our forms, or using automated means to scrape content for commercial republication.
